The majority of my business has been in the residential resale market. I work with a variety of client types, from first time Buyers to Seniors and everything in between. My real estate journey started with my father-in-law's building company where I learned how to build houses from the ground up. I became a Realtor in 1989 In Colorado, was awarded Rookie of the Year and through the years have been awarded a top producer several times. I was a Broker, general contractor for a home builder, owned my own home building company, and was manager of sales on several new home subdivisions. I have served on many committees with the Board of Realtors. I lived and sold homes in Colorado, Cozumel Mexico, and since 2005 here in Nevada. I have sold hundreds of homes thru-out my career. I am an Army veteran, and was an Air Traffic Controller.

Once you've found a place that catches your eye, we'll look at comparable properties in the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then I'll negotiate on your behalf with the seller to make sure you get the most favorable terms. It's my job to work for your best interests.
